Program capacity and funding
Housing program capacity and available assistance depend on funding. The number of families we can serve and the types of support available may change as funding changes. Eligibility and program capacity also apply.
Families participating in our programs can work with their case manager on housing searches, documents, barriers and connections to other community resources. This support does not guarantee a unit, subsidy or payment.

Our resource guide includes affordable-housing providers, property lists, shared housing and voucher information. Application requirements and openings vary. Voucher waitlists open and close, and waits can be long; they should not be treated as immediate housing assistance.
