Moving into a home is an important milestone. Stabilization focuses on the routines, relationships and resources that can help a family remain housed and keep moving toward its goals.
Support shaped around each family
Graduate support may include goal planning, resource navigation and practical follow-through with a case manager. Families can identify priorities such as housing concerns, income, education, employment, family routines and connections to community services.
Making everyday needs more manageable
Food, diapers, utility discounts, school support and other community resources can help stretch a household budget. Our resource guide brings those options together with information about eligibility and how to start.
Continuing the conversation
Families already participating in FPGWC programs should speak with their case manager about available graduate support and the next steps in their family plan. Services vary with program participation, capacity and available resources.
Stabilization is a core part of the Family Promise model. Our focus is on working alongside families as they build a more secure future. Ongoing financial assistance is not guaranteed.
