Who we are
Our mission is to equip families and vulnerable communities to end the cycle of homelessness.
About Us
Family Promise of Greater Washington County (FPGWC) provides stable, short-term housing , and resources including food support, and case management services to help families and individuals achieve sustainable housing and independence.
We are a 501(c)(3) community-based, nonprofit organization that serves homeless children and their families in the greater Washington County area. We are an affiliate of the national Family Promise Program, which has more than 200 affiliates based in 43 states and over 200,000 volunteers.
We partner with a network of civic and religious organizations, so that we are able to offer families and individuals with safe spaces to sleep, meals, and access to resources through community support.
We have a case management team that offers individualized plans which helps placing our guests into safe and stable housing .

Empowering Teams
We before me. We believe that by working together we can create better outcomes than we can independently.
